Goody-bags, thrills, chills, young celebrities and an exclusive tour of Alice Cooper's Brutal Planet Ride at Magic Mountain.

Those mixed treats made for an unforgettable Halloween party for more than 50 inner-city children who had the run of Six Flags For the national flags of Texas, see .

Six Flags (NYSE: SIX) is the world's largest chain of amusement parks and theme parks and is headquartered in New York City. There are 20 such parks run by Six Flags.
 California on Friday, thanks to the joint efforts of the theme park, celebrity-driven action group Kids With a Cause and Door of Hope, an East Los Angeles-based community center.

``It'll encourage them to do well in school,'' Alice Salinas said. ``They get to see (the child actors) are just kids, just like them.''

Added Vincent Salinas, ``You talk to these kids and they tell you - they go to go to school and they have restrictions at home, just like everybody else.''

Parent Kelle Warren of Valencia, whose 7-year old daughter, Karle, appears in the new television show ``Judging Amy Judging Amy is an American television drama that aired from September 19, 1999 until May 3, 2005 on CBS. The show stars Amy Brenneman of NYPD Blue and Tyne Daly of Cagney & Lacey. ,'' agreed the entertainment business can isolate child actors from peers of diverse backgrounds.

``This type of event exposes them to different types of kids,'' she said. ``And that's good for them.''

``Basically, these are just acting kids who want to give something back to the community,'' said Linda Finnegan, executive director of Kids With a Cause.

He played college football for the University of Arizona. , ages 6 and 8, also had ear-to-ear grins after meeting their favorite Looney Tunes characters.

And for their new friend, actress Camilla Belle, 13, those smiles made her day.

``I love kids,'' said Belle, who appeared in ``Lost World: Jurassic Park'' (as the girl who fed unappreciative, prehistoric birds in the opening scene) and ``Practical Magic'' (as a young Sandra Bullock). ``I love helping them. . . I love seeing them smile.''
