Tauja Catchings scored 28 points and Allison Curtin added 24 to lead No. 18 Illinois to an 88-69 victory over Cal State Northridge in Champaign, Ill., on Tuesday night.

Neda Milac led Northridge (5-3) with 16 points, and Jamilah Jones added 13 and Edniesha Curry 12.
