 A FIRST ANNUAL TASTING: MENU FOR HEALTH
 In keeping with the current prominence of healthier eating, the


National Health Foundation (NHF) will sponsor a special cocktail buffet featuring new health conscious recipes developed by Hilton Hotel Chefs. The menu is composed of winning recipes from a nationwide competition of Hilton Hotel chefs who were asked to create a healthy menu for entertaining. Two award-winning local chefs will present the menu at the event. The evening will honor NHF's FELLOWS, the organization's key membership support group.
 DATE: April 7
 TIME: 6 - 8:30 p.m.
 LOCATION: The home of Adrienne and Maurice Hall, 1131
 San Ysidro, Beverly Hills, Calif.
 Guests will receive a recipe booklet containing the low-cal, low-fat, and low-salt recipes premiered at the event. Individual recipes are also available. For invitation information, call the National Health Foundation directly at, 213-250-5600, ext. 441.
 The National Health Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting preventive care, effective health care delivery and better personal health by developing and implementing community service and health care improvement projects. NHF projects are funded by contributions from private foundations, corporations, and individuals who are members of the NHF FELLOWS support group.
