A DIFFERENT KIND OF TEEN FLICK NOHO FESTIVAL SPOTLIGHTS YOUNG FILMMAKERS.

As the summer movie season kicks into gear, Hollywood studios will once again try to lure teenage filmgoers to theaters. But Hollywood is a lot less interested in teenage filmmakers.

But Robin Saban, founder of the International Student Film Festival Hollywood in North Hollywood, is focusing on young filmmakers after scouring scouring

Saban is impressed by many of the student films he has seen.

``What I'm surprised about is to receive some good stuff from junior and high school students,'' Saban said.

Growing up computer and technologically literate gives today's students an advantage over past generations. Saban said that while still utilizing traditional storytelling, they're much more into using special effects special effects, in motion pictures, cinematographic techniques that create illusions in the audience's minds as well as the illusions created using these techniques.  and animation.

The ISFFH screens student films the last Friday of the month. RSVP (ReSerVation Protocol) A communications protocol that signals a router to reserve bandwidth for real time transmission. RSVP is designed to clear a path for audio and video traffic, eliminating annoying skips and hesitations.  is required.
