A D S Financial Services Solutions Appoints New Vice President of Field Operations.

QUINCY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 2001

A D S Financial Services Solutions(TM) (Nasdaq: ADSC), an IT strategy consulting and systems integration firm exclusively serving the financial services industry, announced today that Gary M. Torow has joined the firm as Vice President of Field Operations.

At ADS, Torow will have a wide array of responsibilities involving all aspects of the company's field operations. He will be tasked with overseeing the proactive management of client relationships, developing and executing strategies to expand the footprint of existing accounts, building internal resources to more effectively manage client engagements and developing project management staff.

Torow joins ADS with more than 20 years of progressive managerial experience, culminating in his most recent post as Vice President of DMR Consulting Inc., a Fujitsu unit that provides e-consulting services and business solutions to the international market. Prior to joining DMR, Torow held positions as Vice President of CPL Worldgroup, an international IT consulting group where he was responsible for opening branch offices throughout the country, and as Area Manager of CDI Information Services where he created the firm's Northeast Information Technology Division.
