Shinn to Direct Customer Relationship Management Practice Area

A D S Financial Services Solutions(TM)(Nasdaq: ADSC), an IT strategy consulting and systems integration firm exclusively serving the financial services community, has appointed Ladd Shinn vice president and director to lead the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice. The appointment underscores ADS' commitment to build its Practice leadership and help its clients successfully execute their CRM initiatives.

Charged with spearheading ADS' CRM Practice and strategic services development, Shinn will work closely with the other members of the ADS Practice group to develop and provide financial institutions with the solutions they need to support their business objectives.

Prior to joining ADS, Shinn was the vice president of CRM with IMG, a global consulting firm. At IMG, Shinn was responsible for the development and leadership of the company's new CRM practice in the Americas, developing a CRM Strategy Assessment and Solution Roadmap for the practice, as well as collaborating in the development of a new company e-business initiative.

Shinn brings to ADS extensive Information Technology (IT) experience gained through a career of working with technology providers and consulting firms. Before his work with IMG, Shinn held a director's position with two national IT consulting firms, BSG and SHL Systemhouse, as well as positions with IBM, McKinsey & Company Inc., Management Science America, Exxon Office Systems, and Advanced Information Systems.

Shinn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Northwest Nazarene University and his Master of Arts degree in Counseling from California State University. He has also furthered his technical knowledge through coursework at the State University of New York, as well as corporate courses at Vantive, Clarify and Siebel.
