A D S Financial Services Solutions Appoints Five New Business Development Managers; Business Development Team Doubles in Size.

QUINCY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2000

A D S Financial Services Solutions(TM) (Nasdaq:ADSC), an IT strategy consulting and systems integration firm exclusively serving the financial services industry, announced today that John M. Guinn, Fred L. Lover, Jr., Chris Owens, J. Scott Thompson and Brian Wichlei have joined the firm's business development team. Each has been named to the position of Vice President, Business Development, tasked with the responsibility for initiating, developing and closing new business nationwide.

In announcing the appointments, Peter A. Cahill, executive vice president, Business Development said, "The financial services industry continues to experience rapid and dramatic change. Guinn brings to ADS more than 10 years of banking and sales experience, including four years at CFI ProServices, Inc. in Portland, Oregon, and most recently as Western Regional Sales Manager for ProValent, Inc. in Indianapolis, Ind. A graduate of the University of Oregon in Eugene, he currently resides in Portland, Oregon.

Prior to joining ADS, Lover held executive sales/business development positions at GE Information Services, EQUANT Network Service, Jarrett Software Systems and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds a master's degree from Webster University in St. Louis, Mo., and a bachelor's degree from the University of California in Riverside. An active member of the U.S. Army Reserves, Lover is a resident of Santa Ana, Calif.

Owens comes to ADS with more than eight years of experience in business development from New York-based Applied Theory, Piece Leahy Corporation in King of Prussia, Pa., and Sundance Records Management in Richmond, Va. A resident of Richmond, Va., Owens received his bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond.

Thompson and Wichlei both join ADS from Atlanta-based Click Tactics, Inc. where they both held Vice President, Business Development positions in the financial services industry. Thompson is a graduate of Florida State University and currently resides in Davie, Fla. A resident of Daytona Beach, Fla., Wichlei holds a master's degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C.
