, Komar Aviation and Jet Source, Inc. will once again combine to present a comprehensive look at private aviation at the "From Concept to Closing - Understanding Private Aviation" Seminar. This event will be held on June 6 in Santa Ana, California Santa Ana is the most populous city in Orange County, California and is the county seat. It lies approximately 10 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, on the largely seasonal Santa Ana River.  and on June 7 in Carlsbad, California Carlsbad is a coastal resort-town in northern San Diego County, California. Participants at the Seminar may choose between four concurrent 30 minute break-out sessions based on their specific needs. These break-out sessions will be offered for small groups at numerous times, allowing participants to attend each session and speak individually with the presenters. The break-out sessions will be hosted by seasoned industry experts. The sessions are:

--Jet Card Membership and Fractional Ownership In business, fractional ownership is a percentage share of an expensive asset. Shares are sold to individual owners. A fractional owner enjoys priorities and privileges, such as reduced rates, priority access on holidays and income sharing.  - Michael Wargotz of NetJets;

--Legal, Regulatory and Tax Implications - Eli Mansour of Luce Forward;

--Charter Alternatives - Frank Milian of Jet Source Inc; Dori Abouzeid of Komar Aviation

--Whole Aircraft Ownership and Financing Options - James Dickerson of Banc of America Leasing.

After the break-out sessions, participants are invited to a cocktail cocktail, short mixed drink originating in the United States and served as an appetizer. It generally has a basis of gin, whisky, rum, or brandy combined with vermouth or fruit juices and often flavored with bitters or grenadine.  reception where they will have the opportunity to tour several Private Jets provided by NetJets, Jet Source and Komar Aviation. During the reception, representatives from each of the participating companies will be available to informally answer questions.
