For the home which she shares with her husband Mark and their two daughters is set up from the road and backs onto woodland leading to the Garth Mountain.

"It's lovely up here because we are so high up it's almost like living in the tree tops. Itwas the position which attracted us to this house originally.

"We are keen walkers and cyclists and it's great to be able to pull on our wellies and set off into the woods behind our home.

The garden has also been spruced up with a second patio installed at the top of the tiered garden which takes advantage of the stunning views.

The family are moving as they are relocating due to work commitments.
