New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of and Norm Coleman of Minnesota. Among the first things you see when you walk through Madison's doors is a lineup of photos--the school's "Wall of Distinction," a montage of graduates from Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Ruth Joan Bader Ginsburg (born March 15 1933, Brooklyn, New York) is an Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court. Having spent 13 years as a federal judge, but not being a career jurist, she is unique as a Supreme Court justice, having spent the majority of her career as an to the songwriter Carole King. "This is a plain old neighborhood school," says the principal. "We don't have a test to get in. And still our kids achieve." Senator Schumer says that more than anything else, a big school, like Madison "teaches you street smarts street smarts Vox populi Worldly wisdom and wariness in human interactions.
