PAUL MURPHY Paul Murphy could refer to:

 was the winner of the Barnesbury Cycling Club's annual president's run and hill climb.

He finished six seconds ahead of Gordon Cobb in a time of 2 mins 15secs, with Adam Hogarth a further nine seconds adrift in third.

The race began at Kenton Bank Foot and, picking up further members at Stamfordham and Matfen, went on to Fawcett Hill at Sandhoe, near Corbridge.
