A&T to Acquire Infectious Disease Control Business from Nagase.


Tokyo Tokyo (tō`kēō), city (1990 pop. 8,163,573), capital of Japan and of Tokyo prefecture, E central Honshu, at the head of Tokyo Bay. , Japan, Nov 24, 2005 - (JCNN JCNN Japan Corporate News Network ) - A&T, a Japanese Japanese (jăp'ənēz`), language of uncertain origin that is spoken by more than 125 million people, most of whom live in Japan. There are also many speakers of Japanese in the Ryukyu Islands, Korea, Taiwan, parts of the United States, and  company manufacturing and selling a wide range of diagnostic products, announced on November 22 that it has decided to acquire the infectious disease Infectious disease

 control system business from Nagase, and that the two companies have signed a business transfer agreement whereby A&T will receive the relevant operations from Nagase as of January 1, 2006.

In line with the business transfer, A&T will receive 14 million yen ($117,000) from Nagase. With this move, A&T will strengthen its laboratory testing service business.
