(NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :GAP) today announced that William Costantini has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, reporting to Fred Corrado, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Robert G. Ulrich, who will retire from the Company this month. Mr. Costantini comes to A&P from Olsten Corporation, where he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He was previously Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel of GEO International Corp., and prior to that served as Assistant Division Counsel for IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company.
