A&P ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF NEWLY RENOVATED COMMUNITY FOOD MARKET IN WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP/ROMEO AREA, SUNDAY, JUNE 7, AT 8 A.M. DETROIT, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- A&P Supermarkets today announced the grand re-opening of the company's newly renovated community food market at 66030 Van Dyke, just south of 31 Mile Road. The store will officially open at 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 7. The announcement of the company's latest renovation was made by Larry G. Zettle, chairman, A&P and Farmer Jack Supermarkets in Michigan. A&P recently completed renovation of the 22,000-square-foot A&P location, added its signature departments and is now ready to serve the Romeo and Washington Township communities. Over 30 new jobs will be created for each store. The A&P supermarket will be open 24 hours.
