A&M Properties picks quality first.

First Quality Maintenance, a division of Alliance Building Services, has been awarded an exclusive contract to provide cleaning and maintenance services at 123 William St. and 55 John St. by A&M Property Holding Corp., the new managing agent for both buildings.

The buildings, each 27 stories tall and measuring a total of 495,739 s/f, lie in the heart of the City Hall/ Insurance district. Tenants include the New York State Insurance Department's Liquidation Bureau, ILX Systems and the law firm of Ahmuty, Demers & McManus.
