A&D Weighing introduces the AD-4406, a portable, ultra-low cost indicator. The indicator's multi-power capabilities and flexible print format make it the perfect indicator for platform scales, truck scales or any application requiring portability.

The AD-4406 can be operated using six "C" batteries for up to 180 continuous hours. Optional rechargeable battery pack or AC adapter is also available giving the unit ultimate operational versatility.

With the standard RS-232C (communications, standard) RS-232C - The EIA equivalent of ITU-T standard V.24.

The EIA EIA-232C electrical signal is unbalanced +/- 5 to +/- 12V, polar non return to zero and handles data speeds up to 19.2 kilobits per second.
