Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. Allen Doane today announced a number of key executive promotions, effective February 9, 2004. -- Christopher J. Benjamin will be promoted to vice president and chief financial officer, reporting to President and CEO Doane. Wellman will be promoted to vice president, controller and treasurer, reporting to Benjamin.
