Boyer has over 25 years of leadership expertise in business development, profit and loss, operations, marketing, manufacturing, and the Internet. Previously, he was Director of Global Product Marketing for the DVD division of Zomax Inc. Boyer positioned the company as first in the industry to offer in-house software-to-DVD conversion solutions. He held Vice President positions at Kao Infosystems Company and AmericanHelix Technology Corporation.

Boyer previously owned his own company providing production, engineering and financial services to entertainment/advertising industries. He is recognized as a two-time Grammy-Award winning Producer and Engineer. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
