(www.atpos.com)(OTCBB:EPOS), a technology licensing pioneer in web-enabling the point-of-sale and point-of-presence environments, today announced that its spin-off, ReceiptCity.com, a pre-IPO digital receipt infrastructure and services provider, received $15.5 million of financing in its second round led by Crosspoint Venture Partners and with participation by Imperial Ventures, Incorporated.

With this additional funding, @pos.com will own 46.5% or 31.0% (after reflecting the exercise of all options and warrants) of ReceiptCity.com.
