QIS will also offer warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for @pos' iPOS 1500 and 3100 models.

Along with warranty repairs of @pos' terminal devices, QIS can provide a full service "no questions asked" solution in which @pos' customers receive replacement equipment as needed within 24 hours. QIS would keep inventory on hand for exchanges and repairs to ensure timeliness of replacement device delivery. Under the service offering, QIS can provide @pos' customers with advanced repair exchange, refurbishment of older model equipment, asset tracking of each device with weekly status reports of location and inventory, and distribution of repaired equipment to various locations nationwide.
