TrackWare communicates real-time trailer location and event status when the trailer is connected to or disconnected from a tractor. It utilizes Cellemetry(R) Data Service to transmit short data messages on the overhead control channel of the existing wireless infrastructure at what the Company believes represents one of the most economical price points in the current marketplace. TrackWare's capability to average the cost per message across the entire fleet should enable companies such as T&M Express to maximize their messaging dollars.
