@TheMoment, Inc., the leading enabler of dynamic commerce, today announced the appointment of Christopher H. Pascoe as vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer (CFO). With over 25 years of finance, merger and acquisition (M&A) and operations experience, Pascoe will lead @TheMoment's financial operations.

In his role, Pascoe is responsible for all financial and administrative operations, including accounting, financial planning and reporting, taxation, treasury, human resources, risk management and investor relations.

Pascoe adds finance, M&A and operations experience

Pascoe joins @TheMoment from GN Resound Corporation, a global leader in hearing health technology based in Redwood City, Calif. As vice president and corporate controller of GN Resound, he was responsible for leading and reengineering a worldwide finance and accounting team of over 50 professionals.

Prior to GN Resound, he served as senior director of operations for Oracle Industries at Oracle Corporation. Pascoe joined Oracle from The Ask Group, Inc., where he acted as controller of global services and director - internal audit. He has previously held auditing/M&A positions at Ernst & Young LLP, Xidex Corporation, Price Waterhouse and Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. Pascoe holds a B.S. degree in business and accounting from Southampton University, England. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and a Chartered Accountant in the U.K.

Pascoe joins an experienced management staff, which, besides Frye, is composed of: Ajay Agrawal, vice president of engineering; Itzik Goldberger, vice president of marketing and business development; David Moshal, co-founder and CTO; Belinda Rodman, vice president of client services; and Glen Schrank, vice president of sales.
