FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2000

@Road Inc., a leading Internet information services See IIS.  company that delivers location-specific e-commerce solutions to the mobile work force and the communities they serve, Thursday announced it has appointed Kris Chellam to its board of directors.

Chellam, 49, has been senior vice president-finance and chief financial officer for Xilinx since July 1998.
