@Comm Comments On Recent Trading Activity in Its Stock.

Commenting on recent trading activity in its stock, @Comm Corporation (Nasdaq Small Cap:ATCM) said today it believes that one of its large shareholders has now largely completed the sale of its @Comm shares.

The company stated that transactions, totaling more than 600,000 shares and occurring between May 15 and the end of last week, represented unusually high volume and accounted for the recent sharp decline in @Comm's share price. @Comm believes that the shareholder had to sell parts of a total portfolio, including most of its @Comm shares, to meet margin requirements. @Comm said it also believes that other existing holders of its 5.3 million outstanding shares of common stock absorbed most of the @Comm shares that were offered for sale.
