96.3% of Respondents Rate LASON ''Excellent'' in Customer Service!

These results are consistent with the findings in 2005 and position LASON as an organization committed to customer satisfaction on every level. Respondents to the survey were quoted as saying, "LASON does great work" and provides "very good service for (our) requirements." Year over year, LASON customers have increased satisfaction with the depth of the service offering, project management principles and effective transition from ramp-up to full production.

The results from the customer survey also showed a 95.7% positive response rate when asked if LASON always understood the customer's business needs and provided a solution to match those requirements. This high response rate positions LASON as a consultative partner in thoroughly understanding the customer's needs and requirements.
