Brian Harris (born November 26, 1966) is an American professional wrestler who wrestled the majority of his career under the ring name Brian Lee.
 and Martin Lomazow negotiated the five-year deal on behalf of Northrop Grumman Corporation.

The defense contractor will occupy offices at 1055 Stewart Avenue, which previously housed the investment firm Ladenburg Thalman Financial Services. Grumman was recently awarded several new contracts, which necessitated additional jobs and space to house the company's engineers and support personnel.

Owned by Briarcliffe College, 1055 Stewart Avenue is a 220,000-square-foot property located in the heart of Bethpage, LI. In addition to Grumman, the facility also houses Briarcliffe Colleges' Bethpage Campus.

"We are truly proud to represent Northrop Grumman Corporation in its expansion in Bethpage," said Mr. Heilpern. "This transaction is certainly a positive step toward renewed job growth on Long Island."
