94.9 FM KLTY Program Director Wins PD of the Year at GMA.

His radio programming experience spans 27 years and more than a dozen formats including Oldies Oldies is a generic term commonly used to describe a radio format that usually concentrates on Top 40 music from the '50s, '60s and '70s.
