9278 Communications, Inc. (OTC BB: NTSE - news) is pleased to announce that it has filed its form 8K, reflecting its historical and pro forma financial information, resulting from its merger with iLink Telecom, Inc. on December 10, 1999.

The financial statements for 9278 Distributors, Inc. ending September 30, 1999, reported nine month revenues of $66,998,662 with a gross profit of $1,427,394 and net income of $136,417.
