She's refused to let health problems curtail her activities and intends to stay active forever -- ``whatever that means,'' she said. What gift does one get for a 92-year-old? Her favorite gift this birthday was an animated singing bear. ``I love her,'' she said. ``I'm going to take her everywhere!'' Her major concerns have always been children, especially those who are ill or handicapped.
