911 Memorial Magnet Pays Tribute to Victims, Supports Scholarship Fund; Portion of the Proceeds Will Be Donated to Oliver North's Freedom Alliance.

LONG VALLEY Long Valley, caldera, c.10 by 20 mi (15 by 30 km), Mono co., E Calif., at the eastern edge of the Sierra Nevada. Formed by a catastrophic eruption c.730,000 years ago, Long Valley and nearby areas have been the scene of volcanic activity for more than 3 million years. The resort city of Mammoth Lakes is in the caldera in the southwest section, in an area of many small lakes. Nearby Mammoth Mt., N.J. -- The tragic events of September 11, 2001 touched the lives of Americans everywhere and left many searching for ways to help those left behind. 911magnet.com has created a special memorial magnet -- the only magnet that represents the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, all four flight numbers, the American Flag and the September 11 date. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund, which honors the bravery and dedication exhibited by Americans in our armed forces by supporting the education of their children -- specifically those killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty.

The 911 magnet can be displayed on a car, refrigerator, filing cabinet at the office or anywhere that people will see it and be reminded of our fallen heroes and fellow Americans.

"We created this magnet as a reminder of the events of September 11 and the reasons why our military is fighting so hard to protect the freedoms we enjoy as Americans," said Frank Florio, president.

"We have chosen to donate a portion of the proceeds to the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund to show support for the U.S. military," continued Florio. "Our troops demonstrate ultimate bravery to defend our country. Donating to a scholarship fund that helps with the education of their children is a small way of saying 'thank you' for their dedication and sacrifice."

Freedom Alliance was founded in 1990 by LtCol. Oliver L. North, USMC (Ret.) who now serves as the organization's founder and honorary chairman. We will work to "keep America strong, keep America prosperous, and keep America free," said North. The mission of Freedom Alliance is to advance the American heritage of freedom by honoring and encouraging military service, defending the sovereignty of the United States and promoting a strong national defense.

Each glossy magnet is five brilliant colors with a full magnet back. Dimensions are: height: 6-3/4-inches; width across widest point: 5-3/4-inches. MSRP is $4.99. For more information about ordering or 911magnet.com's affiliation with Freedom Alliance, please visit www.911magnet.com.
