The Festival is free of charge and open to the general public. The festival's highlights will include a variety of authentic Turkish cultural activities, including the Kardelen Dance Ensemble performing Turkey's famous traditional and distinctive dances. Turkish recording artists will be flown in from Turkey especially for the festival, and live belly dancers will grace the Broadwalk. The festival also will offer delicious Turkish fare available for purchase, such as doner kebap (rotating roast), grilled kofte (ground meat with spices), borek (cheese and spinach filled pastry), baklava and Turkish coffee, to name a few of the delicacies This is a List of national delicacies.
