85,000 s/f industrial lease inked in W'burg.


Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Linda Wong has arranged two long-term leases totaling 85,000 square feet at 1150 Metropolitan Avenue in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, NY, bringing the one-story industrial warehouse property to 100 percent occupancy.

Neil Dolgin, executive vice president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, made the announcement.

Hai Da Trading Inc. and J&P World Trading, both importer/wholesalers of general merchandise including toys and hobby crafts, have leased 45,000 and 40,000 square feet, respectively. Both lease terms are for 10 years.
