80,000 s/f deals put Plaza at top of heap.

 Plaza's status as a premier location for legal and financial firms was reaffirmed this week as deals for over 80,000 s/f were inked.

Farrell Fritz, PC, Long Islan's third largest law firm, has decided to renew its 49,32 s/f of Class A office space for an other 10 years at EAB Plaza in Uniondale, NY

And Open Link Financial, Inc. (OpenLink), an industry leader in trading and risk management software solutions, has relocated its world headquarters location to EAB Plaza.

OpenLink is leasing the entire 15th floor of 31,565 s/f in the West Tower at Long Island's premier office complex for a 10-year term.

William Cornachio, a partner in the Uniondale law firm of Rivkin, Radler LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , represented OpenLink in the lease negotiations with the owner's counsel and business representatives.
