8 model apartments on display at Biltmore. (Residential).

At New York's newest luxury residential building, The Biltmore, residents can choose from a menu of furniture options to create an instantly furnished home without leaving the apartment building. The Jack Parker Corporation along with New York based Furnished Quarters, and the acclaimed design firm MCCARTAN, teamed up to create eight model apartments to suit a variety of professional and individual lifestyles and age demographics.

Residents can view and select furniture from eight distinct models of sofas, bedroom suites, chairs, tables, rugs, and wall and table accessories. One of a kind antiques accent a number of the residences and will also be available for residents to purchase. Each of the eight model apartments targets a specific age range and lifestyle, creating something for everyone.

"We want to offer New Yorkers the ultimate in convenience in residential living, with the ability to shop for furniture and create a furnished apartment that suits any individual lifestyle," said Kimberly Cafaro, vice president of The Jack Parker Corporation and general manager of The Biltmore.

For the professional man between 30 and 35, there are two rooms decorated in a bold, yet refined masculine style. The first room is modern in it's simplicity, and includes a beige Italian sofa, Italian leather lounge chair and ottoman, dark wood end tables and accent pieces. The second model room features high-end imported Italian pieces blended with classics to create a stylish masculine space. The model displays such items as a brown Italian sofa, black leather desk chair, wood totem tables, a dark and a light bedroom set, and green lacquer wall cabinets.
