7th building completed at Commercenter/Totowa.

The seventh building at Commercenter/Totowa is ready for occupancy, announced Jeffrey Kessel, partner of George Kessel Associates. Based in Bergenfield, New Jersey, Kessel is owner and developer of the 47-acre high-tech industrial/office complex located on Riverview Drive in Totowa, New Jersey.

The new building, 45 Commerce Way, offers 51,000 square feet with units starting at 5,300 square feet. The exterior includes reflective over-size glass areas and unique architectural styling, surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds. Units have their own loading docks and large bay areas, separate entrance ways, individually controlled HVAC systems, 20-foot ceiling heights, heavy power and abundant on-site parking.

To date, five additional single-story, high-tech/flex buildings and one three-story offie building have been completed at Commercenter/Totowa, totaling more than 300,000 square feet. All are close to 100 perent leased to a roster of tenants that includes: Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company; Siemens Fiber Optic Components; Hoffman LaRoche; Caremark, a Division of Baxter International; Konica Business Machines, U.S.A.; Minolta Business Systems Inc.; and Bell Atlanticom. At least six additional buildings are planned at the complex.
