Based in Bergenfield, New Jersey Bergenfield is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 26,247. Bergenfield was formed on the basis of a referendum held on June 25, 1894, from portions of Englewood Township and Palisades , Kessel is owner and developer of the 47-acre high-tech industrial/office complex located on Riverview Drive in Totowa, New Jersey Totowa is a borough in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 9,892. Totowa was formed as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 15, 1898, from portions of Manchester Township and Wayne . The new building, 45 Commerce Way, offers 51,000 square feet with units starting at 5,300 square feet. (NYSE: BAX), is a global healthcare company with 48,000 employees and 2006 sales of US$10.4 billion.
