7th Level Announces Agent 7 Agreement with Sun Healthcare; Technology to be Deployed for Intranet and Training.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 28, 1998--7th Level, Inc. (NMS: SEVL) announced that it has signed an Agent 7 site license and production agreement with Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. (NYSE: SHG). Sun initially plans to use its Agent 7 enabled corporate character "Sunny" to increase the effectiveness of the Company's Intranet and online training programs.

Sun Healthcare Group (www.sunh.com) is a diversified international long-term care provider with 65,000 employees. Based in Albuquerque, NM, Sun operates a total of 605 long-term care and assisted living facilities with 59,700 beds or units in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and Australia.

Sun signed the agreement with 7th Level after using the character "Eva" from 7th Level's Agent 7 1.0 software product to determine whether an Agent 7 character could be used easily for Intranet and desktop applications.
