7th Annual Housing Industry Conference To Be Presented by NYSSA.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2003

The New York Society of Security Analysts will present its 7th Annual Housing Industry Conference on December 11, 2003. The housing industry led all other sectors through the recession and has been strong and vibrant as the economy recovers. However, land prices are rising and some builders are buying their own stock while others have aggressively gone into the marketplace and taken very large land positions. Historically, when home building led the economy into recovery, workers became buyers as they found work or felt more secure in their jobs. Will this time be different?
