Why so many people got their knickers in a twist about this season of Heroes, I have no idea - I loved it. Hayden is as sexy as ever, the plot as dizzyingly convoluted, the baddies as nasty. In this season, the Company are still hunting down those with powers, so our Heroes fight among themselves as they take up opposing sides. Watch with an open mind and you'll love it. MM

SPOOKS - SERIES 7 15

TV's slickest spy drama returns with Richard Armitage playing Lucas North, who's been brought in from the cold of a Russian prison after being locked away for years. But is he all he seems? And whose side is he on? Tense, edge-of-your-seat drama. SH

EDDIE MURPHY - DELIRIOUS 15

Can it really be 25 years since this landmark stand-up routine was first released on DVD? In this special 25th anniversary edition, we see just how good a foul-mouthed Eddie was before he turned into a dull family film star. MM

HOT FUZZ 18

Asuperb film deserving of a Blu-Ray release, this Simon Pegg, Edgar Wright and Nick Frost masterpiece suffered by comparison to Shaun Of The Dead. For me, it's just as good - it's just a parody of a cop buddy movie rather than a zombie horror. Genius. MM

LOOKING FOR ERIC 15

Eric Cantona is in this, which is all the reason you need to buy it. The former footballing idol turned actor and philosopher stars as an apparition of himself in this tale of a lowly postman named Eric trying to transform his dull life. MM

HELL RIDE 18

Features a biker gang led by writer/ director Larry Bishop and Michael Madsen, whose code is bikes, beer and booty. They chase mean machine rival Vinnie Jones on a revenge mission and Hell Ride has its tongue firmly, if violently, in its cheek. SH

SHAUN OF THE DEAD 15

No-hoper Shaun (Simon Pegg) is having a bad day, which gets worse when he realises London has been overtaken by swarm of suburban living corpses. But Shaun becomes an unlikely hero in this rom-com zombie spoof. SH
