79th Street Causeway Rediscovered.

MIAMI -- On the verge of a major facelift, the 79th Street Causeway area is predicted to be the next HOT SPOT featuring a new approach to luxury waterfront living, fashion hubs, culinary up and comers, as well as established restaurateurs.

Identified as an emerging neighborhood, several prominent developers have invested in the area, offering buyers a new breed of residential condominiums. In April 2003, the following projects began changing the landscape of this neighborhood:

--360 Degrees is comprised of three residential offerings, two towers hosting a total of 378 condominiums and an adjacent collection of 36 marina residences.

Development in this area continues to boom with the recent announcement of The Related Group's newest waterfront project, Oasis on the Bay, located at 7951 NE Bayshore Court in Miami.
