77 Greene Street perfect for high-end fashion store.

A prime SoHo retail location, at 77 Greene St. near the corner of Spring, is now available for long-term release, with possession early next year. The 2,500-SF site, located between Spring and Broome Streets, is offered at $270,000 a year net on a 10- to 15-year lease, said Lucy Aceto and Perry Rothenberg, Douglas Elliman brokers representing the owner.

The property is currently occupied by "5 &10 No Exaggeration," a private party space. With 25 feet of frontage, 77 Greene St. has additional basement space, 15.5-foot ceilings and the potential for a large skylight skylight

.

The space is ideal for a high-fashion store in a location that is a magnet for high-end shoppers, Aceto noted. On the same block are such name stores as Agnes B.
