Bill Wagner, Senior Vice President of Engineering said, "Through professional oversight and attention to detail, Precision Conversions successfully reached its objective of producing a 757 freighter, based on Customer input and backed by unprecedented design and engineering data." He added, "The industry finally has a freighter that leaves aging aircraft issues far behind, a freighter with modern structural, avionic and propulsion technology, to provide solid asset performance for decades to come in this growing global market."

In addition, Wagner said, "This important milestone now allows us to obtain approvals from other regulatory authorities Noun 1. regulatory authority - a governmental agency that regulates businesses in the public interest

He went on to say, "The depth and precision of our engineering data far exceeds current certification requirements and enables us to project airframe performance and sustain product support 30-40 years into the future. The Precision Conversions 757-200PCF freighter features 15 full pallet positions in addition to maximum structural payloads of 67,000 to 71,000 pounds (subject to variant) with 6,600 cubic feet of cargo space on its main deck. An additional 1,790 cubic feet of cargo space is available in the lower holds located forward and aft of the wing. Through attention to engineering and design, the Precision Conversions freighter has the lowest empty operating weight of any other 757 freighter on the market today. The conformity aircraft's Basic Operating Weight was confirmed at 115,820lbs (52,535kg). The 757-200PCF freighter requires only a two-person flight crew and with the high-bypass-ratio engines, the dedicated freighter offers significant operational savings over many older freight-carrying aircraft.
