Herrick, Feinstein LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  announced the sale of 71 Broadway by World-Wide Group to an entity controlled by Equity Residential, for approximately $100 million.

"We are pleased to have met our long term client's, World-Wide Group, needs in this transaction. This sale represents another positive step in the growth of the downtown residential market." remarked Carl F. Schwartz, chairman of the Real Estate Department at Herrick, Feinstein LLP. Located across the street from Trinity Church Trinity is a commonly used name for Christian churches, especially within the Anglican and Russian Orthodox traditions.
