71,000 s/f waterfront deal is brokered by Staubach.


Insurance brokers, Frank Crystal & Company has leased over 70,000 square feet of office space for its corporate headquarters at Financial Square, the 35-story, million square foot waterfront tower at 32 Old Slip.

The firm, which presently occupies five floors at 40 Broad Street, expects to begin moving into its new facilities, comprising the 17th and 18th floors at Financial Square, in early 2005.
