, senior vice president of Lincoln Property Company, announced the company has been named developer for a 300,000 s/f industrial warehouse at 700 Railroad railroad or railway, form of transportation most commonly consisting of steel rails, called tracks, on which freight cars, passenger cars, and other rolling stock are drawn by one locomotive or more.  Ave. in Florence, N.J., on behalf of the land site owner. The site is located just off the New Jersey Turnpike

The Jersey Turnpike was a turnpike in New Jersey, running west-northwest from New Brunswick to Phillipsburg.
 at interchange 6A.

In addition, Lincoln Property Company will be expanding an existing building on the site by an additional 50,000 s/f. The township township: see town.  also approved an upgrade to Railroad Avenue, which sits at the entrance to the site. The improvement will be completed later this year. This new development is strategically located just off Cedar cedar, common name for a number of trees, mostly coniferous evergreens. The true cedars belong to the small genus Cedrus of the family Pinaceae (pine family).  Lane and Route 130 and is convenient to Central New Jersey and Pennsylvania industrial markets.

"We are pleased to be developing this new industrial facility," said Taylor. "All site plan approvals are nearly complete and we expect to break ground later this year. Once completed, the new warehouse will be a state-of-the-art, high bay building and will attract tenants from both central New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania."
