Following is a list of the killings in chronological order.

South Los Angeles, Friday, 11:05 p.m. -- A man in his 50s was found dead on his porch with multiple gunshot wounds in the 7200 block of Brynhurst Avenue. Police do not know if it was gang-related.

South Los Angeles, Saturday, 8:30 p.m. -- Two sisters, including one celebrating her birthday, were killed when their stepfather opened fire at a family party in the 2000 block of West 84th Place.

Charlotte Johnson, 30, and her sister, Sabrina Taylor, 22, were killed and their stepfather, whose name was not released, was wounded. The stepfather grew increasingly drunk and belligerent and was asked to leave the party, police said. He returned a short time later with a gun and opened fire.

There were broadcast reports that his wounds were self-inflicted but an LAPD 1. LAPD - Link Access Procedure on the D channel.

 spokesman said it's more likely he was shot by someone at the party because his wounds were in his backside. The stepfather is in custody.

North Hollywood, Saturday, 9:40 p.m. - A gunman shot and killed a 19-year-old North Hollywood man as he stood on a sidewalk in the 11900 block of Hart Street.

The gunman is described as Latino with a medium build. He was wearing a dark baseball cap, dark pullover shirt and plaid shorts. Anyone with information can call North Hollywood homicide detectives at (818) 623-4075.

 Friday's in the 5200 block of Centinela. The man was leaving the parking lot when a gunman in a silver-colored car shot him multiple times. The wounded man Wounded Man in English, 傷追い人 (Kizuoibito) in Japanese, is a seinen manga written by Kazuo Koike and drawn in a Gekiga style by artist Ryoichi Ikegami.  drove four blocks and then crashed into a tree. He died at a hospital.

South Los Angeles, Sunday, 3:13 a.m. -- A 20- to 25-year-old man was killed while driving his car near West 80th Street and South Western Avenue. A van pulled next to his car and fired multiple shots, wounding him and his female passenger. Both were transferred to a hospital where the man died.

South Los Angeles, Sunday, 3:43 a.m -- A teenage boy or young adult shot his mother in the upper body at a home in the 7400 block of South Broadway. She died later at a hospital. Police do not know the reason for the shooting. The boy is in custody.

In addition to the homicides, Los Angeles police said two African-American men survived what may have been a race-related shooting in Canoga Park early Sunday.

The two men, who were listed in stable condition, were in front of a community center near Gault n. 1. (Geol.) A series of beds of clay and marl in the South of England, between the upper and lower greensand of the Cretaceous period.  and Eton streets, when a car with three men pulled up at 1:20 a.m. and a suspect shot at them six times with a .45-caliber handgun, said Sgt. He cited past threats made against African-Americans.

Also, late Sunday, a 30-year-old man died from a gunshot wound after struggling with Los Angeles police officers in South Los Angeles.

Police began chasing the man near the 900 block of West 84th Street, where he had jumped out of a stolen SUV carrying a handgun.

Faden said a ``life-and-death struggle'' ensued between the man and officers and the man was shot.
