7 DVDS; Mickey McMonagle's guide to DVDs and Blu-ray.THE RUNNING MAN 18 The 80s classic based on the Stephen King <noinclude></noinclude>
Stephen Edwin King (born September 21, 1947) is an American author of over 200 stories including over 50 bestselling horror and story hits BluRay - and is a must. A great story and well worth revisiting, despite the cheesy cheesy (che“ze) caseous. characters and costumes. SOPRANOS COMPLETE 18 Be warned- this box set does not come cheap at around pounds 100. But with all six series of the thrilling gangster drama, it does come somewhere close to offering value. BLUE THUNDER 15 Nostalgia galore as this classic action suspense flick touches down on Blue-Ray. Roy Scheider is LAPD 1. LAPD - Link Access Procedure on the D channel. 2. LAPD - Los Angeles Police Department. pilot Frank Murphy but the real star is experimental chopper Blue Thunder. Of course the then hi-tech copter seems hopelessly out of date now but look back and laugh. LET THE RIGHT ONE IN Let the Right One In is work of vampire fiction novel written by John Ajvide Lindqvist. It centres on the relationship between a 12-year-old boy, Oskar, and a 200-year-old vampire, Eli. 15 Heralded by critics, this vampire flick just left me cold. Oskar meets the girl next door. Turns out she is a vampire - but everything happens so slowly it's hard to care. KNOWING 15 It's hard to say where this film goes so horribly wrong. Caleb (Chandler Canterbury) finds a piece of paper in a time capsule. Turns out it predicts major disasters, with three left. What happens at the end? Don't stick around to find out. LESBIAN VAMPIRE KILLERS 15 This sounds like it will be my favourite film of all time but sadly the title is the best thing about this dire collection of jokes. If there's any substance behind the hype around the stars, Horne and Corden, they hide it well. |
