65 years of wedded blitz; THE OLD ONES ARE THE BEST..

WARTIME lovebirds Albert and Flo Studholme say the secret to 65 happily married years is a good daily row.

Amazingly, they have not spent a night apart since the end of the war.

Flo, 85, met Albert in a shop. She said: "He smiled and I still get that same feeling now. It was love at first sight." The pair wed in 1942 and were only parted by Albert's war service.

The couple, from Wigton in Cumbria, celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary today with their family, including 12 great-grandchildren.

Albert said their secret is: "An argument a day keeps the doctor away."
