Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has been named exclusive leasing agent for 65 Willowbrook Blvd., a 131,702 s/f, office building in Wayne. Following the consolidation/relocation of the property's anchor tenant, a large block of space has become available.

Cushman & Wakefield's Ben Brenner and Dan Johnsen of the firm's Morristown and East Rutherford offices, respectively, are heading the assignment for landlord EY Partners. Units are available from 2,000 to 91,500 s/f.
