CRESA Partners has negotiated a 4,148 s/f lease for Email Data Source at The Media Technology Center, 65 Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Throughout its length Broadway is chiefly a commercial street. , downtown Manhattan, announced Jack Petrie, vice president of CRESA Partners.

The term is for five years, and the tenant will take immediate occupancy.

"The downtown market continues to be the place to go for the very best rates," says Mr. Petrie, who brokered the lease along with his colleague, Kristian Hansen Kristian Aage Hansen (Bøgesø) (born January 25, 1895 - died June 13, 1955) was a Danish gymnast who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics.
